From the exhibition comes the eBook

As Director of the Northern Rivers Writers’ Centre and the Byron Bay Writers Festival, my world is a sea of books and writing and I am constantly delighted by the fresh imaginations and ideas revealed therein. 

A new delight was recently presented to me when Peter Duke showed me the pre-press copy of his CD ROM book of Byron Bay ( now eBook ). Although the Festival program was well and truly set in concrete, I couldn’t resist the opportunity to sneak in a launch of this informative and entertaining pictorial history of our town. 

See for yourself: Peter has done a magnificent job with this project and I’m sure everyone will find surprising new knowledge about Byron Bay.
